Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information

As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
